Toast Creative wins at REA Excellence Awards

Toast Creative has clutched one of the of the real estate industry’s highest honours, with its “Hutch & Hutch” campaign receiving the Brand Campaign of the Year Award at the second Annual REA Excellence Awards (AREAs) last month.

The “Hutch & Hutch” campaign wowed judges for its innovative brand strategy on behalf of BridgeLane, SJB and CBRE’s boutique residential development located in Sydney’s Surry Hills.

Hosted by REA Group, the parent company of realestate.com.au, the AREAs recognise the property and media industry’s best innovators, marketers and community champions from across Australia.

Nick Sammut, MD at Toast Creative, said “it’s an honour to be awarded Brand Campaign of the Year with such an authentic, crafted campaign.”

“We couldn’t have achieved this without the hard work and dedication of our team, led by General Manager Emile Rastoll, for their role in earning this award,” continues Nick.

Toast Creative took inspiration between nostalgia and newness, combined with the locale of the surrounding streets of Hutchinson Street and Hutchinson Lane. During the research phase, the team unveiled that the site was the former site of Brunswick Records, the first factory to manufacture vinyl records in Australia. This paved the path for the unique branding and identity and subsequent record-breaking campaign for Toast Creative.

“Toast Creative prides itself on its expertise in property and real estate. Bringing real brands to life that create impact through emotion is what we celebrate. We understand that the best ideas come from empowered people,” said Nick.
